What we are and what we are not
SwissSuccession is a private platform for business succession. It is not a bank, not a regulated financial adviser, not a law firm, not an audit firm and not an association or government body. Valuation, tax, legal, audit and financing services are provided by independent firms and institutions, under their own responsibility and their own fee agreements.
Liability
Information published by owners is provided by those owners. We check listings before publication for plausibility and confidentiality, not for accuracy. Tools such as the valuation and financing calculators produce indicative figures for orientation and are not advice.
Hosting and data location
The platform and its database run on infrastructure inside the European Union and Switzerland. Details are set out in the privacy policy.
